Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Outreon ("we") handles, why, and your rights. Outreon is operated by [company legal name, registered address]. Contact: hello@outreon.com.
Two roles
When we call businesses for a client, we process data on that client's behalf (we are a processor; the client is the controller). For our own website, demo requests and marketing, we are the controller.
What we collect
| Data | Source | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Business name, address, phone, website, category, rating | Public listings (Google Places) or lists from our client | To decide who to call for the client |
| Phone line type (landline or mobile) | Carrier lookup (Twilio) | To follow US calling rules |
| Call recording, transcript, summary, outcome | The call | To give the client the result and improve the script |
| Opt-out requests | You, on a call or online | To never call that number again |
| Name, email, phone, company | Our forms | To answer demo requests and run accounts |
Service providers
Retell AI (voice calls, transcription), Google (business search), Twilio (line checks), Supabase (database and login), Resend (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics). [Add locations and transfer safeguards.]
How long we keep it
Call data is kept while the client's account is active and deleted [N] days after it ends, or earlier on request. Opt-outs are kept permanently so we keep honouring them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU and UK under GDPR, Israel under the Privacy Protection Law, or US states such as California), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data and object to marketing. Write to hello@outreon.com. To stop calls, use the opt-out page.
